Acclaim has shipped its newest squared circle-based game, SHOWDOWN: Legends of Wrestling to retailers, meaning the Xbox and PS2 title should appear on shelves later today.
SHOWDOWN: Legends of Wrestling features 73 of the greatest (or at least most memorable) wrestlers, including Hulk Hogan, Sting, Andre the Giant, Ultimate Warrior, Randy “Macho Man” Savage, Bret “Hitman” Hart, Diamond Dallas Page, Jake “The Snake” Roberts, “Rowdy” Roddy Piper and “The American Dream” Dusty Rhodes.
The game's lineup also allows players to re-create some of the sport's most memorable matches, such as Hulk Hogan vs. Andre the Giant in the Pontiac Silverdome.
