DVD synopsis: The third Doctor (Jon Pertwee, "Worzel Gummidge") is called by UNIT to investigate when a number of scientists go missing from a top security institute in Doctor Who: The Time Warrior to DVD. Following the kidnappings back in time to the Middle Ages, Dr. Who is unaware that investigative journalist Sarah Jane Smith has stowed aboard the TARDIS. As events unfold, the Doctor discovers a sinister alien that intends on altering the future of mankind. This episode of the longest running sci-fi series in television history is digitally re-mastered and filled with special features including commentaries, a 30-minute featurette about Pertwee's final season and a photo gallery.
