Battlestar Galactica Goes "Half Off" on Xbox 360

The next season of the Battlestar Galactica TV series debuts on April 4. To celebrate, Xbox 360 owners will be able to download the Battlestar Galactica videogame on Xbox Live Arcade at a deep discount.

The deal, which only runs for the 24-hour period (April 4 through April 5), coincides with the start of the new Battlestar Galactica season and will let Xbox 360 owners download the game for 400 Microsoft Points.

Battlestar Galactica features both single-player and multiplayer modes and allows players to take part in intense space battles as a pilot for either the humans or Cylon forces.

Legendary ships from the hit television show (the new one, on Sci-Fi Channel) are included in the game, as are missions based on some of viewers' favorite episodes from the show.
