Wits & Wagers Trivia Party Game Coming to Xbox 360

Xbox 360 owners this week will have a new Xbox Live "party game," as Wits & Wagers will appear on Xbox Live Arcade this Wednesday. And oddly enough, this trivia party game doesn't insist on players getting the answer correct to beat their opponents.

As in the Wits & Wagers board game, which balances social and betting skills with trivia knowledge, players can win simply by making educated guesses, playing the odds or knowing the interests of other players. One nice feature about this Xbox Live Arcade port, though, is that those players can either be in the same room or across the country via Xbox Live.

Wits & Wagers supports one to four players on the same Xbox 360, and anywhere from two to six players in its online multiplayer mode. The trivia party game includes 700 questions, character costumes and dance moves for the on-screen characters, online leaderboards and support for both the Xbox Live Vision Camera and the Xbox Big Button Pad.

Wits & Wagers will be available on Wednesday for 800 Microsoft Points.
