Fallout 3 Soundtrack to be Scored by Inon Zur

Fallout 3 is one of DailyGame's most anticipated games of 2008, and if you're a fan of musical scores, you might just want to start paying attention to the game as well, because Bethesda Softworks today announced that composer Inon Zur has created the original musical score for Fallout 3.

Zur, an award-winning composer whose name hasn't exactly hit "household" status just yet, has created numerous scores for films, television and new media.

Todd Howard, executive producer of Fallout 3 (and of The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion), said of Zur: "He's created a score that has epic sweep; from the lonely ambience of the wasteland to dramatic fights for survival."

Zur's music has been featured in many high-profile projects including movie trailers, network TV shows, CGI movies and symphony concerts. Most recently, Zur composed music for the "Ghost Whisperer: The Other Side" webisode series and the Marvel Kids webisodes for "Iron Man."

Fallout 3 will ship for PS3, Xbox 360 and Windows PC this fall.
