With this new adapter, gamers who own a Dream Arcade system can plug their directly console into the machine and use the control panel, monitor and audio system of the stand-up machine. This means it's like playing an Xbox 360, PS3 or Wii in an old-fashioned arcade.
All Dream Arcades models, from self-assemble kits (which start at $589) to the $3499 Dreamcade Vision 120 (which has a 10-foot projection screen), will now work with your PS3, Xbox 360 or Wii.
Dream Arcades console adapters are available for $35 to $99, depending on the console gamers want to convert to a stand-up machine. Adapters are available when gamers purchase the stand-up unit, and existing Dream Arcades owners can purchase them individually.
Dream Arcades is also compatible with legacy consoles including the original Xbox, the Nintendo GameCube, PlayStation, PlayStation 2 and DreamCast.
