Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2 Coming to Xbox 360

Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved was one of the reasons to play Xbox Live Arcade upon the console's launch, so a true sequel has long been overdue. With Bizarre Creations being purchased by Activision, many people wondered about the fate of the sequel. Today, Activision quelled those fears.

Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2 is scheduled to appear on Xbox Live Arcade this summer.

Geometry Wars: Retro Evolved 2 will take players through six different gameplay modes, complete with all the vibrant visuals and battles of the original. The game ill also feature a new soundtrack and local multiplayer modes for up to four players in either versus or co-op mode.
