Infamous Screenshots for PS3, in High Resolution

The Sly Cooper series had a fantastic platforming run on the PlayStation 2, with first-party developer Sucker Punch pulling no, um, "punches" when it came to creativity and character development. For the PlayStation 3, however, the studio is working on an action game that's much gritter, darker and adult-oriented.
Called Infamous, the game tracks the story of a semi-amnesiac man who's been bestowed with electromagnetic "superpowers" after a massive explosion ripped apart his town. Unfortunately, as all authorities have abandoned the town, thieves -- many of whom have similar powers -- have run rampant, giving players the decision to help or hinder the mayhem.
Sucker Punch is playing most of its cards close to its vest with Infamous, but we did manage to leave our behind-closed-doors meeting at E3 2008 with six high-resolution screenshots. You can enjoy them all below (just click on each one to see its high-res counterpart).
