New PS3 Infamous Screenshots from TGS

Sony loves showing Infamous, a new sci-fi action franchise for PS3, at industry trade shows. After all, the game made its first big splash at E3 2008, and all things have been quiet on the Infamous front until today, when SCEA released a batch of new Infamous screenshots from -- yep -- Tokyo Game Show (TGS).

The screens below show a new section of the Infamous world, although it's arguably still in the slums that Sony showed at E3. Rather than a mostly deserted street, these screens show an electrical station full of enemies.

Remember, the post-nuke hero of Infamous feeds his special electrical powers from stations, lights and other electronic devices, so the setting of these screens means he's probably pretty well juiced.

The bottom screen also shows the hero helping an innocent bystander, underscoring the fact that gamers can choose to help citizens or ignore them, with the consequences playing out later in the game.
