Even EA has gotten on board, creating a Wii-exclusive version of its skateboarding game called Skate It! In Skate It!, players enter the once-great city of San Vanelona after a series of natural disasters that have left the city deserted and in ruins. But with all the debris and rubble, combined with zero pedestrian traffic, players can finally create the perfect skate lines. Better yet: if you win this contest for one free copy of Skate It! for Nintendo Wii, you'll be exploring those skate lines for yourself at no charge.
Skate It is loaded with new gameplay features and a unique set of controls, as players can use either the "Flickit controls" via the Wii Remote or get in touch with the skateboard even more intimately by using the Wii Balance Board to skate, manual and throw down dozens of other authentic moves. Skate It has Nintendo players riding with pros, getting worked in Hall of Meat and raking in sponsorships on their path to becoming Thrasher Magazine's Skater of the Year. Once tread marks are all over San Vanelona, gamers can then venture out to iconic cities around the world and own some of skateboarding's most epic spots.
