Ghostbusters: The Video Game Gets PS3, Xbox 360 Ship Date

Ghostbusters is getting a whole lotta loving on June 16, 2009. That's the day Sony Pictures Home Entertainment will release the original Ghostbusters motion picture on Blu-ray Disc, and it's also the day Atari will ship Ghostbusters: The Video Game for the PS3 and Xbox 360.

On June 16, the new videogame adventure inspired by the hit franchise will release across North America, then later that week worldwide. Ghostbusters: The Video Game is written by original Ghostbusters writers and stars Harold Ramis and Dan Aykroyd. It also reunites many of the original cast members, including Bill Murray and Ernie Hudson.

Plain and simple, June 16 is going to rock. Ghostbusters on Blu-ray and in my PS3 and Xbox 360? Gotta love it.
