With 10 ambient sounds and 40 different audio effects, you’ll be able to create a spooky mix of sounds sure to unnerve your Halloween visitors. Three play styles let you control the way sound effects are played while slider bars allow you to adjust the pitch and gain.
Manually select sounds on the fly or let the iSoundGrid-Halloween player do the job for you by playing sound effects in random order. Listen to sounds straight from your iPad or give them a boost by connecting to your stereo system and crank things up a bit. You may also like the new auto-play function which allows the device to play random sounds on a timer every three seconds or by shaking your iPad.

“Got this on a day it was free, but it would be worth paying for. I run a haunted house at my home each year and there are some terrific samples in this app that I definitely will put to good use. The top row of sounds are background loops that can loop endlessly while the bottom four rows are sounds you can layer on top. You can have many sounds from the lower four rows playing at the same time making for some interesting and flexible audio choices. The top row can only be used one at a time, but that is all you would really want anyway so that’s not an issue. There’s some nice features such as the ability to adjust the pitch or to enable sounds when you shake your device. I only gave this app four stars instead of five because not all of the ambient sounds looped correctly and because this isn’t a universal app which I think all apps should be at this point.
