At first there was a question: If it is possible to control the sound level for each musical instrument separately while listening to the songs? Since regular songs cannot be divided into separate instruments technically, we found opposite approach: it was necessary to put all separate musical instruments together inside a file container and export to multitrack file, which will be similar to video files with multiple translations. It is simple, isn’t it? However, because there is no media player which can play all audio tracks simultaneously, therefore imixplayer was created.
First Purpose – Music:
New type of songs that are based on well-known Matroska format, which gives the opportunity to control the sound level of each musical instrument. For example, after turning off the singer’s voice, you will get the real karaoke. Do you want to change the instrument sound and/or frequency? No problem, the three-band EQ will give you that opportunity. Download free multitrack songs from our server within the application and enjoy the new incredible features. Musicians could use iMixPlayer platform to share with the world one of their works for promotional purposes, we have thousands of users and thousands downloads around the world. Second Purpose – Movies:
iMixplayer opens even more interesting prospect for watching the movies. Imagine that you can control the sound volume of characters, soundtrack and even special effects, and all it separately and individually. Some of the film directors and producers will provide to us their movies in a new format soon. We are negotiating with some of them. At this point, users can download free multitrack video clips and while watching, activate all of the audio tracks to control the volume of each of them individually. It is very useful for learning foreign languages.
