Bayonne, New Jersey – iPhone gamers have asked for a Castlevania game almost since the inception of the App Store. Now thier wish has been granted. PixelPower Inc is pleased to announce the release of Limon’s Epic Quest 1.0, its new gaming title for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
You assume the role of Hero Limon who is armed with a trusty steel sword and the ability to use magic. The story goes that the evil wizard Zolo has been reawakened and has unleashed his evil army to plunge the world into darkness. It’s up to Limon to use his sword, magic powers, and his mind to overcome the challenges the evil Zolo has in store for him.
In Limon’s Epic quest you control Limon who can move left or right and jump. There is also a attack and magic button which you use to defeat enemies in your path. The game is a 2D action adventure platformer where you will face various enemies. The basic enemy types are zombies who come from the left or right , and evil eyeballs which float around attacking when you come near. As you progress in the game more enemies appear like evil knights and wizards. Also during gameplay there is an experience meter that when filled up will unlock an extra mode which feature retro black and white levels based on the game.
Limon’s Epic Quest was developed in mind with capturing the old castlevania series flavor but making an original hero ,storyline , and arch-villian. The end result is an Epic 2D platformer that all iphone gamers can enjoy.
