Assist them when they are in need of help, pick up the trash that falls on the floor, and spice up the look of your store with decorations. Watch out for fire hazards and thieves, once in a while you may have to fend them off!
Every day you will receive a list of tasks. Complete these tasks to receive money and experience points. When you obtain enough experience points, your store will acquire a higher level. Higher level stores allow you to expand the size of your store, unlock higher-level merchandise, and move your store to higher neighborhoods like Poor Man’s Plaza, Business Plaza, or Millionaires’ Plaza.
With the money you make off your customers, you can upgrade shelves or buy new furniture. Better furniture can hold more merchandise, which in turn means more profit for your store!
Every store has a rating between one and four stars. Your store’s rating depends on its activity, safety, cleanliness, and number of customers. Stores with higher ratings will have more loyal employees. If your staff is not very loyal, it can easily be poached by other players. To preserve your staff you must keep your store’s rating as high as possible. Only the finest stores can obtain a four-star rating, are you up for the challenge?
