Lleida, Spain – Plunge Interactive today is pleased to announce Pixel Colors 1.1 for iOS, an update to their retro game application that features vivid colored pixels. The goal of the game is to turn the entire playing board completely one color. Players start changing the color of the block in the upper left hand corner using the colored panels at the bottom of the screen so it matches the surrounding squares. As the game goes on, they continue with this method until the entire screen is one color, advancing through the 500 levels that increase in difficulty.

Pixel Colors features a vivid screen with a multitude of brightly colored blocks, each in one of six possible colors. At the bottom of the screen, are six colored buttons that the player touches in order to the play the game. The game is played using these simple touch controls, the goal being to change the entire screen to one color in a certain number of moves.
Players select a color to change the block in the upper left hand corner to match the color of the surrounding blocks. As the color changes to match those around, the similarly colored space grows until the player is able to cover the screen in one solid color. Each level features differently sized blocks and a required number of steps to complete the puzzle.
As players complete a level, they move up to the next, more difficult one. The latest version of the game offers even more stages for difficult and enjoyable play. Over 500 levels test the player’s ability to think strategically and solve challenging puzzles.
Players can learn to play the simple yet challenging game through the Instructions tab available at all times in the main menu. The menu also provides a reset progress options that permits players to start again from the first level in their advancement through the levels.
Pixel Colors is a remarkable chance for players to exercise their minds through a game that is simple to understand yet complex to master. The game calls for strategy and thinking, and players will find themselves returning to gameplay again and again.
