TextGag takes professional pranking to a whole new level

April 9, 2012 by Sara Leave a Comment

Montreal, Canada – Well-known open-source developer from Montreal, Gulam Moledina releases an unexpected fun and addictive iOS app for the everyday prank. TextGag is an easy to use fake text creator that has a great looking user interface. It allows editing messages from both iPhone text conversation participants and then exporting as a screenshot. Everyone can now unleash their creativity and play tricks on their loved ones! All of this, free.

Adding new messages in the conversation is done in the simplest way and they can all be reordered or deleted at any time. More importantly, the app was designed to make the creation as customized as possible: it has many features allowing the personalization of each conversation by tweaking the settings to add a personal touch. Such options include:

* Changing the carrier name to anything (even M&M’s)
* Displaying or hiding the alarm icon
* Displaying or hiding the Wi-Fi icon
* Changing the displayed time
* The name of the sender

The design is a perfect balance between iOS platform’s default look-and-feel and the app’s personal colors. The first time the app is launched, a help screen appears to guide the user with the quick shortcuts available. It’s evident that this app was created with the end user in mind; the attention to detail makes the whole prank experience enjoyable and hassle-free.

Device Requirements:
* iPhone, iPod touch, and iPad
* Requires iOS 4.0 or later
* 4.8 MB

Pricing and Availability:

Other promising projects are in the baking oven! Copyright (C) 2012 Gulam Moledina. All Rights Reserved.
