Seoul, Korea – Wannabat, the new 3D street baseball game from Vitusoft, has launched in the iTunes App Store and promises to be one of the summer’s hottest games. Wannabat presents baseball in a high intensity one-on-one format that emphasizes pitching, batting and online gameplay. This simplified form allows players to concentrate on finessing their skills with the bat and ball, racking up skill points as they level and train new gear in order to keep their opponents at bay.
In addition to smoothly designed game mechanics and a perfectly intuitive interface that allows complexity without confusion, Wannabat is saturated with streetsmart style. Players customize their own character using a wide variety of cosmetic and equipment items, giving the game a gritty, realistic edge. The game’s NPCs represent hardnosed street athletes, and players can emulate their styles or create their own.
Wannabat offers several modes of play, giving players the option to complete a single player campaign, play against their friends in real-time, and play custom games against NPCs they’ve already conquered. Defeated NPCs level with the player, so the custom games remain challenging as players progress.
Vitusoft has launched two versions of the game, both of which are available now in the iTunes App Store. The free version and premium version are identical, but the premium provides players with more coinage to customize their character right off the bat. The premium version can be downloaded for $1.99, while the free version requires no purchase.

* Flawless Game Design & Responsive Mechanics:
Switch off batting and pitching every other inning, and refine your skills at both. Simple game mechanics make learning Wannabat easy, but it’s going to take talent to rule the street!
* Special Skills:
Use your skill points to improve your swings and pitches, and acquire new specialized moves to stump your opponents. As you progress, special Deadly Skills will become available when adrenaline runs high and the rage gauge fills. As a pitcher, add new pitches to your arsenal: fourseam, curve, fork, changeup, and slider. Combine them with deadly moves like twister, illusion, and arrow to become unstoppable. When batting, activate your power swing to up your chances of a well-placed hit becoming a game-changing home run!
