The PlayStation Vita launches today, and already Epic Games is announcing the first PS Vita game based on Unreal Engine technology -- Doctor Who: The Eternity Clock. BBC Worldwide and Supermassive Games will bring the time-bending action game to the Vita in March. A PS3 and PC version is also in the works.
