Folks, it's official: Grand Theft Auto V is in the works. That's no typo: GTA V is currently in development by the Rockstar Games crew. The location is currently rumored to be Los Angeles, according to a source that spoke to Kotaku, but the chances of that being a total smokescreen are just as good as the chances that the info is legit.
