Namco Bandai today announced a new chapter in the Riiiiiiiiiiidge Racer franchise -- Ridge Racer Unbounded -- is in development for the Xbox 360 and PS3 and is currently slated to release in Q1. If only Kaz Hirai had announced this during Sony's E3 2011 press conference.... Instead, a new Ridge Racer game exclusive to Sony's PlayStation Vita handheld system was unveiled by Namco Bandai, the company that's both developing and publishing the game.
