Guitar Hero World Tour Complete Band Bundle: Now on PS2

November 13, 2008 by Sara Leave a Comment

The Guitar Hero World Tour Complete Band Game bundles began shipping today for the PlayStation 2, just a few weeks after the PS3, Xbox 360 and Wii bundles started selling out. Like the other three versions, the PlayStation 2 band bundle lets gamers shred, drum and wail, as this latest version of Guitar Hero includes a drum, guitar and microphone.

Unlike the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions, the PS2 version of Guitar Hero World Tour does not include the Music Studio mode.

Guitar Hero World Tour for PS2 does include more than 85 on-disc tracks from music legends such as The Eagles, Van Halen, Metallica, Michael Jackson and The Doors. In addition, up to four players can still jam together as they progress through the game in Band modes. In the single-player Career Mode, players can jam on any of the instruments in-game utilizing the controllers in branching venue progression enabling them to rock out in the order of their choice.
