GTA IV Ships for PS3 and Xbox 360

April 29, 2008 by Sara Leave a Comment

It’s probably safe to say most gamers realize that Grand Theft Auto 4 (GTA IV) is now available for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360. But for the five or so gamers who didn’t realize that fact, well, it’s in stores now.

Developed by series creator Rockstar North, GTA IV is set in Liberty City, a fictional town based very closely on New York City, complete with faux landmarks like the Statue of Happiness. As in past GTA games, players can explore this world while navigating the game’s narrative experience, all the while listening to an original soundtrack with around 200 songs.

New to GTA IV is a 16-player online multiplayer option, which includes more than 12 online modes.

DailyGame has a copy of GTA IV and will be bringing you a review as soon as possible. Just please keep in mind that the single-player game is estimated to be about 40 hours long, and then there’s the multiplayer modes to wade through as well. See you in Liberty City….
