Just a few hours after its Leipzig press conference, EA released a batch of new high-resolution screenshots for The Lord of the Rings: Conquest, the PS3, Xbox 360 and PC action game slated to release this fall.
The Lord of the Rings: Conquest is being developed by Pandemic, a developer many gamers know for its work on the Mercenaries games. The game was first announced in May.
The Lord of the Rings: Conquest will let players fight through the epic battles from the Lord of the Rings movie trilogy as the forces of good, or they can try to conquer Middle-earth as part of Sauron’s army. And yes, that includes Cave-trolls, Oliphaunts, the Balrog and Sauron himself.
