PAIN: Movie Studio is hitting the PlayStation Network today, with David Hasselhoff leading the way as the game’s playable character. If you’ve ever wanted to have massive amounts of chest hair billowing from your shirt, this is your chance. Or, if you’d like to get back at The Hoff for undoing one too many buttons on his shirts all these years, it’s time for revenge.
PAIN: Movie Studio takes place (you guessed it) in a movie studio, with diverse environments and many of opportunities to have your “stunt man” run his head into all manner of destructible and not-so-destructible set pieces.
In addition to the new environments, PAIN: Movie Studio will include multiple gameplay updates, including more than one launcher location (it will have three, all selectable on the fly), single-player explosives, a new “Cratetastic” single-player mode, an unlockable free character, a H-O-R-S-E mode for multiplayer matches, and a Bowling Mode.
The H-O-R-S-E and Bowling modes were included the original PAIN area but did not make it into Amusement Park.
