If you’ve been waiting to waste away again in Margaritaville, or at least pretend to be while playing Rock Band on your Xbox 360 or PlayStation 3, MTV Games is going to quench your thirst for all things Jimmy Buffett with a batch of new downloadable content.
The Jimmy Buffet Rock Band downloadable content will be joined by songs from Disturbed.
Three of Jimmy Buffett’s biggest and best songs — Margaritaville, Cheeseburger In Paradise and Volcano — have been re-recorded exclusively for inclusion in Rock Band. Each Buffett track will be available for $1.99 per track on the PlayStation Store (160 Microsoft Points on Xbox 360) or $5.49 (440 Microsoft Points for Xbox 360) for the three-pack.
The songs will be available June 3 on Xbox 360, and June 6 on the PlayStation Store.
Chicago-based metallers Disturbed are also going to have three songs available for download: Indestructible, Inside The Fire and Perfect Insanity. Each Disturbed track will be available for $.99 per track on PS3 (80 Microsoft Points on Xbox 360) for a limited time, or $2.99 (240 Microsoft Points) for the three-pack.
