Sony Calls Wii "an impulse buy"

Sony’s PR really needs to put a lock on the mouths of all the company execs, including their PR Spokesman, David Karakker, who today called the Wii an “impulse buy” and said Sony is selling out of all 100,000 PS3’s it ships every week. I don’t know about you, but I can go to a 1/2 dozen stores right now and find shelves stocked with PS3’s, but no Wii’s. So how does Sony come up with its mystical claim of selling every unit it is shipping? Marketing magic!!!
