Let’s cut right to the chase: Uncharted 2: Among Thieves is one of our top two most-anticipated PS3 games of 2009, the other being Killzone 2. So when Naughty Dog announced that the Uncharted 2: Among Thieves trailer would appear at the Video Game Awards, we couldn’t wait to see where Nathan Drake would go next.
As it turns out, the first-party PS3 developer took the time after the show to record a video interview with the lead cinematics editor, who divulged that the entire trailer was in-game and in-engine, with nothing pre-rendered. Having played (and loved) Uncharted: Drake’s Fortune, I have no doubt that Uncharted 2: Among Thieves looks just like this video.
