New Guitar Hero Track Pack

July 14, 2010 by Sara Leave a Comment

Getting more tracks for music games is a good thing, and Activision has announced new tracks for Guitar Hero 5 and Band Hero.

The Guitar Hero music library goes metal this week with three songs from American heavy metal rockers, Avenged Sevenfold. The Avenged Sevenfold Track Pack includes “Almost Easy,” “Afterlife” and “Scream,” from their self-titled, fourth studio album.

The Avenged Sevenfold Track Pack is now available via Xbox LIVE Marketplace for 440 Microsoft Points, from the PlayStation Store for $5.49 and the Wii Shop Channel for 550 Wii Points. The three songs are also available as single downloads for Xbox 360 for 160 Microsoft Points, PlayStation 3 for $1.99 and Wii for 200 Wii Points each. The Avenged Sevenfold Track Pack will also be compatible with Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock when the game is released this fall.

If you like to head bang, then it looks like this is your week.
