Rock Band is getting a blast of songs from Paul McCartney, Inhabited and Siouxsie and The Banshees on Dec. 28, just in time to help Xbox 360, PS3 and Wii owners rock in the new year.
Paul McCartney fans will be able to rock the keyboard in the “Celebrating Band on the Run Pack,” which will feature the legendary Paul McCartney ballad “Maybe I’m Amazed.” Also on tap for this four-song pack are “Band on the Run,” “Helen Wheels” and “Let Me Roll It.” The latter song features a Pro Guitar/Pro Bass upgrade.
Also available for Rock Band 3 on Dec. 28 will be “Open My Eyes,” from Inhabited’s second album (The Revolution) and British rockers Siouxsie and The Banshees’ song “Cities in Dust,” which features a Pro Guitar/Pro Bass upgrade.
All six tracks (McCartney’s four and the other two) will be original master recordings.
