Star Wars: The Force Unleashed to Have Wii-Exclusive Duel Mode

September 18, 2007 by Sara Leave a Comment

LucasArts today revealed that Star Wars: The Force Unleashed is coming to the Nintendo Wii in spring 2008. And, not only that, but that the Wii version will include an exclusive duel mode.
In the Wii-exclusive Duel Mode, players can live out their Jedi fantasies by wielding the Wii Remote as a lightsaber while using the Nunchuk controller to unleash their Force powers in head-to-head competition. The Wii version is being developed by Krome Studios.
The Force Unleashed casts players as Darth Vader’s secret apprentice and will unveil new elements about the Star Wars galaxy from its setting between Star Wars: Episode III and Star Wars: Episode IV. In the game, players will assist Darth Vader in his quest to rid the universe of Jedi — and face decisions that could change the course of their destiny.
