The Conduit was one of the biggest Wii surprises at E3 2008, and today High Voltage made an equally surprising revelation when unveiling its voice actors: they’re Hollywood A-listers.
The Conduit is scheduled to release exclusively for the Nintendo Wii in Q1 2009.
Mark A. Sheppard, whose TV credits include Battlestar Galactica, 24, Medium, Firefly and CSI, will provide the voice of the game’s lead character, Mr. Ford.
William Morgan Sheppard, meanwhile (no relation), will provide the voice of John Adams. William Morgan Sheppard has appeared on Star Trek: The Next Generation and Babylon 5 on TV, and on films including Star Trek VI and Transformers. He’s also got game experience, as he’s voice characters in Medal of Honor, Metal Gear Solid 2 and Star Wars: Force Commander.
Finally, Kevin Sorbo, best known for his portrayal of Hercules in Hercules: The Legendary Journeys, will star in The Conduit as the terrorist Prometheus. Sorbo’s film credits include Kull the Conqueror, Meet the Spartans and An American Carol.
