Enemy Territory: Quake Wars Goes Gold

August 30, 2007 by Sara Leave a Comment

Enemy Territory: Quake Wars has gone gold, Activision announced today, putting the game on track to ship in North America on October 2 and in Europe and Australia on September 28.
Enemy Territory: Quake Wars is an online team and objective-based multiplayer game that serves as the prequel to the futuristic wars in the Quake II storyline. In the game, players take the side of either Earth’s Global Defense Force (GDF) or the invading alien Strogg, pitting teams against one another in a multiplayer-only action shooter.
Enemy Territory: Quake Wars is a PC-exclusive game developed by Splash Damage, not id Software (although id oversaw development).
