Left 4 Dead Demo Coming Early for Xbox 360, PC Pre-Orders

October 29, 2008 by Sara Leave a Comment

If you’re looking forward to the Xbox 360 and PC survival-action game Left 4 Dead, you might just want to consider pre-ordering the game from EB, GameStop or Steam. Valve today announced that those who pre-order the game via those routes will get $5 off and early access to the official Left 4 Dead demo.

Early access to the demo begins Nov. 6 on both the Xbox 360 and PC. The pre-order promotion applies to all Steam PC pre-orders and all Xbox 360 and Windows-based PC pre-orders from GameStop & EB Games — in North America only.

On Nov. 11, the demo will be made available to all Xbox 360 and PC and gamers, regardless of their pre-order status.

The Left 4 Dead demo will feature single-player and co-operative modes, as it will support one- to four-player games.

The demo will go offline on Nov. 18, when Left 4 Dead ships to retail and goes live worldwide on Steam.
