New Strategy Games Appear on GameTap

March 26, 2007 by Sara

GameTap on Thursday added three notable strategy games to its lineup, and although the news is a few days late, fans of strategy titles will overlook our tardiness and (we hope) appreciate the heads-up. The three notable strategy games added recently are:
Myth II: Soulblighter
Born from the minds at Bungie Studios, Myth II mixes strategy with fantasy in a medieval game with plenty of dungeon crawling and undead skewering.
Sid Meier’s Alpha Centauri
Alpha Centauri has players explore an alien planet trying to uncover its mysteries, build their empire and conquer enemies with “the ultimate war machine.”
X-Com: UFO Defense
This turn-based game puts players on a top-secret paramilitary group tasked with protecting Earth from hostile aliens. The gameplay relies on both combat and management-simulation aspects.
