November 9, 2007 by Sara Leave a Comment

The “Olympics” of e-Soorts, aka the World Cyber Games (WCG) 2007 Grand Final, is headed to a cable TV near you tonight, as Spike TV will air all the action and behind-the-scenes drama behind Team USA’s victory as the “Top Gaming Nation.”
Tonight’s Grand Final is the culmination of several Spike TV documentaries during the past few months about Team USA. Tonight’s show will focus on the team members and their experience inside and outside of the Grand Final tournament, from hotel to media interviews to team meetings.
The World Cyber Games 2007 Grand Final featured the top 700 players from 74 countries competing for a share of more than $500,000 in cash and prizes — and the distinction of being the world’s best gaming nation. The finals took place at Seattle’s Qwest Field Event Center and featured fierce competition in 12 Xbox 360 and PC video games.
