The top-selling DVD game in the United States is making the jump from DVD to full-blown videogame today, as Microsoft Game Studios today sent “Scene It? Lights, Camera, Actionâ€? to Xbox 360 retailers nationwide. Like the DVD, the Xbox 360 version of “Scene It?â€? is a multiplayer trivia game that tests players’ pop culture trivia knowledge.
In the game, which includes four special buzzer-like wireless controllers, up to four teams or individual players can re-live moments from their favorite movies and answer related questions in a “fastest fingers” kind of game show way. The game also includes new questions never before seen in any other “Scene It?â€? game, as well as new puzzle challenges.
For the big-time movie buffs, the game also features movie clips in HD format, as well as hundreds of stills and audio clips that tie into the trivia. Better yet, new technology keeps track of questions that have already been asked, to minimize repeats.
