Microsoft today chose not to lead up to Tokyo Game Show by showcasing Gears of War 2 or another triple-A title, but some of its more casual/mainstream games. Case in point: Lips, a karaoke game for which the publisher released eight new in-game screenshots.
Microsoft didn’t stop there with the Lips multimedia, though. The Xbox 360 manufacturer also revealed the box art for Lips. As you can see below, Lips will include two microphones for multiplayer karaoke sessions in addition to a single copy of the game.
With no need to swap a single microphone between players, this begs the question: will the game include the Carpenters, Simon & Garfunkel and other duets? Well, maybe not those to groups specifically (they’re crazy old and dated), but our money’s definitely on Lips including duets. Heck, just look at the second-to-last Lips screenshot in this article; sure looks like a simultaneous multiplayer moment to us.
