Virtua Tennis 3 to Support 1080p on Xbox 360

February 6, 2007 by Sara

Sega made a couple of announcements this morning regarding Virtua Tennis 3 on the Xbox 360. First, the Xbox 360 version will mark the first time the franchise has had online leaderboards and world rankings in an online space. Second, the game will be capable of 1080p output.
Late last year, the Xbox 360 received an automatic update enabling the system to display games in 1080p. Virtua Tennis 3 will be among the first games to support that update.
Virtua Tennis 3 is scheduled to release March 20 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3 and PSP.
