In 2008, Tinker Bell became the first film in Disney’s new “Disney Fairies” movie series, the year’s best direct-to-DVD release. This fall, Disney has released the sequel, Tinker Bbell and the Lost Treasure, taking Tinker Bell far beyond Pixie Hollow in an original full-length CG animated film.
In Tinker Bell and the Lost Treasure, viewers see the fairies in their Autumn activities of turning the leaves colors, tending to pumpkin patches and helping geese fly south for the winter. But when Tinker Bell accidentally puts all of Pixie Hollow in jeopardy, she must venture out across the sea on a secret quest to set things right with some of her new-found friends.
