The original WarGames was a 1983 classic. “Shall we play a game?” is about as iconic as any quote from HAL, but the fact that it involved videogames and Matthew Broderick made it instantly cooler. Well, it’s finally time for the sequel, as WarGames: The Dead Code is getting ready to premiere on DVD from MGM Home Entertainment. In this sequel, the government is keeping a watchful eye on Will Farmer, a computer hacker who engages a super-computer named Ripley in an online terrorist-attack simulation. Sounds like another recipe for fun, which is why we’ve partnered with MGM to give away five copies of the new WarGames: The Dead Code on DVD.
