EA pulled out all the stops today at its E3 press conference, including game-development luminaries John Carmack, Will Wright and Gabe Newell among the presenters. Newell, with Valve, was there to show off Left 4 Dead, a horror film-like game that features four-player co-op in the classic Gauntlet vein.
It had been many months since we’d seen Left 4 Dead for ourselves, and that’s likely been the case for our readers as well.
