As if the Black Friday doorbusters and Cyber Monday sales hadn’t drained your wallet already, Toys R Us is hosting a one-day sale today (Dec.1) to give holiday shoppers some of its best discounts of the season. Among the big one-day-sale discounts are videogames for up to 50% off.
All told, there are 331 game discounts shown on Toys R Us’ one-day sale ad. Considering there are 700 items total eligible for the one-day-sale discounts, that means almost half of all the discounted items today are video games. That bodes well for you and the industry, no?
Included among them are Zumba Fitness for both Xbox Kinect and PlayStation Move for $10 off; $10 discounts on every other Xbox Kinect game in stock; Nintendo Wii games for $29.99; buy-one-get-one-for-$5 deals on Nintendo DS games; and 50% off other select PS3 games when you buy Assassin’s Creed Brotherhood at full price for PS3.
