Electronic Arts is getting into the music- and rhythm-based videogame scene, announcing Boogie for the Nintendo Wii. Set to be a Nintendo Wii exclusive, the game will ship later this year.
Boogie, a music/rhythm-based game, will take advantage of the motion-sensitive Wii controls and have players dancing, singing and starring in their own music videos. Players can also choose and customize different characters in the game to best show off their dancing style and karaoke skills.
Boogie is being developed by EA Montreal, the same studio responsible for SSX Blur and Army of Two.
