When Will Vinton Studios debuted the California Raisins, stop-motion animation hit a high that nobody could’ve ever seen coming. In the years since, companies have strayed away from stop-motion animation, leaving the art form for more “niche” uses. Well if Robot Chicken can’t be called “niche,” what on Earth can? At the end of October, Warner Bros. Home Entertainment will release Robot Chicken: Season Three, a collection of 20 soul-pummeling, mind-blowing stop-motion sketches from Adult Swim. In addition to these 20 episodes, the two-disc DVD set (which you can win in this contest) includes special features ranging from a gag reel and deleted scenes to a studio tour and commentary tracks for every episode. Basically, if you’re into Robot Chicken, this is the ultimate DVD trip down Season Three memory lane.
