If you’ve been playing a lot of Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock (read our review) and are looking for some new songs, you’ll be pleased to note that five rock legends are bringing 10 new downloadable songs to the Guitar Hero music library beginning today.
With the recent game subtitled “Warriors of Rock,” you just knew these new bands were going to feature guitar-shredding tracks, right? But did you realize the tracks would come from renowned rock icons like Alice Cooper, Poison, Rush, Slash and Tesla?
The new Guitar Hero: Warriors of Rock Track Pack 1 contains the following songs:
- Alice Cooper — “Elected”
- Alice Cooper — “Poison”
- Poison — “Talk Dirty To Me”
- Rush — “Tom Sawyer”
- Rush — “Red Barchetta”
- Rush — “Limelight”
- Slash (Feat. Iggy Pop) — “We’re All Gonna Die”
- Slash (Feat. Dave Grohl and Duff McKagan) — “Watch This”
- Slash (Feat. M Shadows) — “Nothing To Say”
- Tesla — “Love Song”
The GH: Warriors of Rock 1 Track Pack is available on Xbox Live for 1600 Microsoft Points, on the PlayStation Store for $19.99, and on the Nintendo Wii for 2000 Wii Points. All 10 songs will also be released as downloadable singles for the Xbox 360 (160 MS Points), PS3 ($1.99) and Wii (200 Wii Points) each.
