Nintendo DS Gets New Color Scheme: Cobalt/Black

February 1, 2008 by Sara Leave a Comment

The best-selling game system is adding a new color scheme on Feb. 10, as the Nintendo DS will come in a cobalt/black combination.

The new Cobalt/Black Nintendo DS is predominantly cobalt (blue), with black accent colors.

Cobalt/Black is the seventh color in the Nintendo DS Lite palette. It joins Polar White, Coral Pink, Onyx, Crimson/Black and the limited-edition Gold and Metallic Rose.

The new Cobalt/Black version will be available starting Feb. 10 wherever game systems are sold (GameStop, EB Games, Target, Wal-Mart, etc.)
