Ubisoft today shipped Armored Core for Answer, the 13th installment in From Software’s ‘mech franchise, for both the Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. As expected, Armored Core for Answer will set you back $59.99.
Armored Core for Answer is set in the distant future, at a time when massive urban development and pollution have critically damaged the planet. A military superpower controls the planet’s infrastructure and has forced most of the population to live in huge aerial communities. The ORCA, a rebel resistance still residing on the planet’s surface, has amassed a formidable arsenal and is mobilizing an attack on the superpower’s bases using mercenaries armed with cutting-edge military robot technology (‘mechs).
In addition to the single-player mode, Armored Core for Answer includes seamless online co-op as well as competitive multiplayer modes. The game also supports an impressive amount of customization for your ‘mech, something for which the Armored Core franchise is known.
