ScreenTeams iPhone App Pairs Actors to Solve Movie Fans Memory Woes

Glasgow, United Kingdom – Papertank is proud to introduce ScreenTeams 1.0 for iOS. “What’s that movie with…?”, a question every movie buff has either asked or been asked. With the release of ScreenTeams for iPhone, the answer’s now just a few taps away.

Martin Scorsese and Robert De Niro have made 10 films together; Tim Burton and Johnny Depp have made 8. You choose the people and ScreenTeams instantly gives you their movie matches.

The app can search for anyone in the move industry: actors, directors, producers, writers, composer, or whoever. Once the matches are found for the chosen pair, the user can find out more about each movie by simply tapping on it, and can even link directly to that movie in the IMDb app. Each person’s credits can also be viewed, and the app remembers each search in its history, allowing the user to instantly recall past pairings.

“I was always finding myself in situations where I couldn’t remember the film with X and Y, and it was too much hassle to go through the IMDb pages for the two people to work out the answer”, said Michael Park, mobile developer at Papertank. “I wanted a way of doing this on my iPhone instantly, so we built an app to do just that!”
