Water Balloon Explosion boasts three fun game modes: Easy, Hard and Babysitter. Easy mode is free and has some of the features limited. Hard mode opens up all the features, including dirt clods, baseballs, footballs and more being thrown at the screen, each adding an exciting twist to gameplay. Babysitter mode is a new feature not found in any other game. Gameplay is designed for the toddler, making it easy for them to keep playing without having to ask the parent to restart the game, making Water Balloon Explosion an exciting game for young kids.
“Who doesn’t love a good water balloon fight? My five year old son was asking to pop water balloons on my iPhone one day, and I realized he had a great idea. What if we incorporated the swiping actions of games like Fruit Ninja into a water balloon game, except make the balloons actually move towards the screen? My kids haven’t been able to put it down since. The great thing is, I am also playing it a lot, especially in those quick five minute slots where you want to pass some time having fun,” said Adam McArthur, one of the founders of Big Future Media.
